Come out to Downtown Bay City on Saturday, October 25 from 11:30 AM - 2 PM for Treats & Treasures. Trick or treat at some of your favorite businesses Downtown in your festive fall gear or your costume if you wish!
There will also be the annual scarecrow contest, make sure to remember your favorite and then vote on the Downtwon Bay City's Facebook for the winner!
