There are future dates for this event.
In conjunction with the Rock and Roll Legends Hall of Fame, the museum will feature a memorial art installation celebrating the life of local musician Jack Neymeiyer.
Artist Jessey Miller will take participants on a journey of love, looking at the person behind the performer as she explores Modern North American culture around grief and death and how it often is so out of touch with the reality of the pain of significant loss. As a society we are at a loss with how to cope. Each grieving person joins a club of billions who have experienced significant loss. Why then do we feel so alone? In this exploration of grief, the artist will spotlight one life, among billions. It's about impact and presence. The feeling you get from simply being around someone and the effect they have on you. The love shared and the love lost. It’s the artist’s hope to communicate the freedom and magnetism exuded by Jack and transport participants into his magical world as a way to celebrate his life and impact.
