Shari Smith, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, is a celebrated chef who owned and operated Shari’s at the Willard Hilton. Timmi, Shari’s daughter, grew up surrounded by her mother’s passion for food, art, and community. Together, they continue to serve the local area with delicious, high-quality cuisine while inspiring others through their shared love of cooking. Their classes focus not only on the joy of creating meals but also on the healing properties of food.

Summer Farm to Table – From Market to Meal
Celebrate the fresh flavors of summer with this immersive farm-to-table experience! We’ll start with a trip to the local farmers market, where we’ll gather seasonal, fresh ingredients. Then, we’ll head to the kitchen to transform them into a beautiful, fresh, and simple meal. Ages 16+

What we’ll create (menu based on seasonal availability):
-Heirloom Tomato & Basil Panzanella Salad – A rustic bread salad bursting with summer flavors
-Grilled Veggie & Herb Flatbreads – Topped with creamy ricotta and drizzled with balsamic glaze
-Fresh Berry Galette – A rustic fruit tart with a flaky crust
