Villa D’Alessandro’s signature dinners include Lasagna, Seafood Primavera and Veal Piccante. The Lasagna dish is always made with four cheeses, our own sauce, Italian sausage and ground beef. The ricotta cheese mixture is made fresh every time. Seafood Primavera includes scallops, crab and shrimp. The seafood is cooked in scampi sauce, topped with homemade Alfredo sauce and served on a bed of fettuccini noodles.The cooks pound the veal themselves for the Veal Piccante, and put their own breading on it, it is pan-fried and simmered in white wine and lemon juice, and served with a side of spaghetti and a vegetable. Villa D’Alessandro’s offers authentic food using fresh pasta and menu items are prepared from scratch. There is a new soup, appetizer and dinner special at least once a week. During the spring, summer and early fall those interested in getting a true experience of Italy won’t have to leave Midland. Al Fresco dining is now available at Villa D’Alessandro’s pergola, an Italian outdoor seating area. Patrons can order from the regular dining menu and small and large pizzas are available outside. Wine, drinks and beer, including two Italian beers, are on the beverage list.
