Started in 1975 by local volunteers of the downtown business community, the Junior League and the City of Saginaw to attract new business in downtown, encourage and support existing businesses and the professional community and to improve and beautify the downtown environment.
This is a non-profit corporation which contributes to the cultural, social, recreational and economic life of the Saginaw community.
