Mijo’s comes from a family with strong work ethic and believes in taking chances and knows the meaning of it takes a village.
We started by watching the abuelas, Tia’s and ma’s in the kitchen at the family gatherings didn’t always have to ew holiday gathering it could be as simple as Sunday coffee stop. As, the family continued to grow and friends started to stop by and have the taste of the family kitchen cooking the request started to come “Hey, do you think I can order some of those family enchiladas?” And it took off from there word of mouth has been a huge part of our success.
We started out with catering to all events then we moved on and took our menu on the streets of the Tri-Cities with our Food Trailer we sell a variety of Tacos, Homemade chips, salsa and savory taco pizza and more!!
