Michigan Cream and Sugar Ice Cream Company is a collaboration of HORIZONS Conference Center, Michigan Sugar Company and the Michigan Milk Producers Association. Our new scoop shop in Old Town Saginaw serves up hand-crafted ice cream featuring the freshest and highest-quality locally sourced ingredients we can find. Local agriculture is at the core of our business. Our rotating selection of flavors celebrates Michigan’s agricultural diversity – and every scoop we sell supports local farm families.
