Kochville Downtown Development Authority works hand-in-hand with Kochville Township to make our central business district a dynamic, vibrant destination within the Great Lakes Bay Region. As home to Saginaw Valley State University, it is a terrific place to live, learn, work and play. Our parks include a five-acre park, Elmer Lange Memorial Park located behind the Township offices, with picnic area, pavilion, playground, ball field and soccer fields. A newer addition is Krossroad's Park and Rainbow's End Playground and a seven mile recreational multi-use pathway that connects many areas of the township. We are part of Saginaw County's Cardinal Square district - a joint area of 450+ businesses, restaurants, shops, medical and professional offices, higher educational institutions, and arts and entertainment.
