The Recreation and Facilities Department initiates, and coordinates recreational activities for Bay County while making special efforts to design programs which may enhance the development of youth in the community. The Recreation Division consists of the facilities: The Bay County Civic Arena Bay County Community Center Bay County Community Center Pool Bay County Dog Park Bay County Golf Course Bay County Pinconning Park The Buildings and Grounds department oversees operations at the following facilities: Bay County Fairgrounds Bay County Market
