In the winter, the paths are perfect for cross country skiing and snowshoeing. During the warmer months, walkers, runners and hikers frequent the trails. This natural area is a great place to watch the spring bloom or fall color change. Barstow Woods Parks is the perfect place for a special event with a picnic shelter available for reservation. The shelter offers picnic tables, grill and a restroom. This three-acre portion of the park has plenty of open space and play equipment. You can easily access Barstow Woods Park from Manor Drive with parking access on Saginaw Rd.
